Bearing NNU4172M for cement vertical mill equipment 600X360X243mm
The bearing NNU4172M belongs to double row cylindrical roller bearing. It consist of inner /outer ring and roller with cage parts.The outer ring has the lubrication hole that can guarantee the bearing in good lubrication system.
A radial cylindrical roller bearing consists of an inner and/or outer ring and a complement of controlled-contour cylindrical rollers. Depending on the style of bearing, either the inner or the outer ring will have two roller-guiding ribs. The other ring, separable from the assembly, has one rib or none. The ring with two ribs axially locates the position of the roller assembly. The diameters of these ribs may be used to support the roller.
One of the ribs may carry light thrust loads when an opposing rib is provided in the mating ring.

Single-row cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings,the rollers are guided by the two ribs of bearing rings.The cage,rollers and guide ring are assembled to a unit, and can be separated from the other ring. These bearings are easy to be mounted and dismounted,especially inner and outer rings interference fit with shafts and housings.
TWO-ROW BEARINGS
Two-row, or double-row, cylindrical bearings offer added radial capacity over tradition one-row types. These bearing types are interchangeable so the dimensions and diameter under the rollers
(nnu style) and diameter over the rollers (nn style) are held to an iSO/Din standard. The standard cage design is a drilled pocket,finger-style retainer.
FOUR-ROW BEARINGS
four-row cylindrical bearings have an extremely high radial load capacity, but no thrust capacity. This bearing type is mostly used in roll neck and work roll applications in the metal rolling industry.Straight and tapered bore designs are available.
This type of bearings generally carry radial loads,but bearings with ribs on inner and outer rings can carry certain axial loads.
It is not permitted that the obliquity between shafts and housings,but 2′angular misalignment between inner and outer ring axises is permitted under lower loads.If the loads were higher, the more angular misalignment will be permitted, but the upper limit is 4′.
When D≤400mm, steel pressed cages are commonly used,and steel or brass solid cages are adopted for D>400mm.
